I am truly honored to spend another year as the proud principal of Werner Elementary. I am looking forward to continuing to build collaboration with the staff, parents, Ï㽶ÊÓƵ, and community to ensure the academic success and social-emotional growth of all of our Werner Stars! Our theme this year will be, “Werner Elementary: The Rise of the Stars,” as we work in partnership to help our Stars succeed in all of their efforts, and to achieve proficiency in all academic areas. I look forward to working with all of you because, “We Shine Brighter Together.”
This year our school will be collaborating with Vision to Learn, a nonprofit vision care organization. Students who participate in the program will receive an initial vision screening to determine if an eye exam and glasses are needed, all free of cost.Â
Parents of Kindegarten or 1st Grade Students: Students must have their immunizations up-to-date. We want our STARS to be prepared when our school reopens for learning.
Hello future kindergarten parents. We are very happy to announce that recruitment for the Dual Language Immersion Program is now open. Ï㽶ÊÓƵ see the attached recruitment letter and our district webpage for more information.
The District will provide meals (breakfast and lunch) to Ï㽶ÊÓƵ via "Grab & Go" bags during school closures. Ï㽶ÊÓƵ click on the link to learn more about "Grab & Go" location sites.
